1. Personal locker: aimed at individuals, for individual, regular or occasional purchases.
2. Corporate locker: aimed at companies for small-scale purchases, in volume and cost.
3. Franchise Box: Aimed at members of the same association benefiting from the same preferential rate.

Enter your personal data in “Create Box”, then you will receive an email with a user number and the address of the warehouse in Miami.
Quote your shipment
Box Logistics puts at your disposal our calculator, which will give you the approximate cost of your purchase including customs taxes
Pre alert your package
Enter Box Logistics, register your tracking number and attach the purchase invoice, immediately our system will send you an email confirming the registration of your purchase.
Also Through our platform you will be informed by email about the status of your package, once it has entered our warehouse in Miami.
The statuses of your packages are:
- Pre-Alert.
- In our warehouse in Miami.
- Your package is in transit to Costa Rica.
- Your package is in Customs.
- Your package is at the Box Logistics.
- Your package is on its way.
- Your package has been delivered.

In the following list, you will find the products that require permission from PROCOMER.
These permits have a cost of $ 16 that is paid to PROCOMER, it takes between 22-30 days to process, therefore, the package will remain in customs for that time. The permit applies to a maximum of five products per package and is required each time one of the items on the list is included:
