The LOGISTIC ADVISORS company, under its trademark BOX LOGISTICS, offers a set of services to facilitate your online shopping experience, including our website, transportation, delivery of products and shipments to your destination in Costa Rica.
MEMBERSHIP
To make use of the services provided by Box Logistics, the person must join by completing the form available on our website, through which they create a username and password. When using the account, the owner is solely responsible for the use and management that is given to it, as well as the confidentiality of her account and password. You do not need to be of legal age to use our services, except in cases where your purchase requires permission from PROCOMER.
COMMUNICATION
The account holder agrees to receive communications and notifications from Box Logistics to the email address indicated when subscribing to our services. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to keep their contact and personal information up to date in our system.
PRE-ALERT
The affiliate or client is responsible for alerting Box Logistics of each and every one of the packages that will arrive in their name, which they must do using the tools provided on our website. The affiliate must present and provide Box Logistics with the commercial invoice and the so-called tracking number generated by the selling or supplier company. The above must be done prior to the arrival of the package to our warehouses in MIAMI. The package may remain at MIAMI if the required information has not been submitted.
COMPLIANCE AND RESTRICTIONS
The client authorizes Box Logistics to review and inspect all shipments, packages and cargo. ORDER PROCESSING
By using the services of Box Logistics, you are hiring transportation services from Miami to Costa Rica, through a company legally incorporated under Costa Rica laws. Online purchases are transactions made by an intermediary and Box Logistics is not the seller. It is also understood by the user that there are some websites that do not allow purchases that are directed to our warehouse in Miami to be transferred to Costa Rica. All prices quoted by the affiliate online are subject to changes without prior notice, due to variations in the dollar exchange rate, weight of the product, climatic aspects, differences in values, among others. All weights with decimals must be rounded up. It is the customer’s responsibility to specify all the physical and technical characteristics of the items ordered through the Quote Tool provided by Box Logistics. The affiliate accepts and assumes the responsibility of providing Box Logistics with all the necessary and / or additional documents that are necessary for their shipment or package.
All quoted orders and charges are calculated and performed in US dollars (USD). If the payment requires currency conversion, the exchange rate will be determined at the time Box Logistics processes the payment and completes the transaction. The dollar exchange rate to be used will be the one published for sale by Banco BAC San José.
OFFICE OF ORIGIN AND CONDITIONS
Each package is dispatched as it arrives at our warehouses in MIAMI. Each tracking number is a package, and each package must have its invoice for dispatch. Each individual piece of a multiple shipment will be treated as an individual shipment and will be charged according to the Box Logistics Service rates. Box Logistics offers a service for each shipment and does not offer a Consolidation Service. Shipments may be held due to, but not limited to, unpaid bills, non-payment, additional preparation for the shipping process, or receipt of shipments with errors in the consumer’s name, address, and / or request.
PACKAGE DELIVERY
Box Logistics transports shipments from the Miami address to its final address, including Customs service and delivery directly to the consumer. If the delivery to the affiliate is within the Greater Metropolitan Area, Box Logistics performs it at no cost. In case of deliveries outside the designated area, it will have an additional cost that must be quoted with a Box Logistics representative. Box Logistics reserves the right to destroy or dispose, at its own discretion, of any shipment that has not been claimed or that has been stored for more than thirty (30) days by Box Logistics and that has not been duly canceled.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Box Logistics offers members their prices through an online quote, or through a quote from our representatives. These quotes are approximate, the final amount to be paid by the user will be the one indicated on the final invoice. We reserve the right to modify rates when necessary and without prior notice, according to market conditions and supplier prices. Packages that arrive at the Miami address will be subject to additional charges related to transportation to the final destination in Costa Rica, and to Customs Tax, as determined by local authorities. Box Logistics will carry out all the necessary steps to remove the items from Customs, without prior authorization from the consumer, except in specific cases where Box Logistics may require the affiliate to pay taxes in advance. Box Logistics delivers and processes all the requirements regarding permits and tax exemption according to the country’s legislation. We are not responsible for additional charges made by any financial institution or payment platform chosen by the consumer to purchase the services of Box Logistics. The payment method will be the one chosen by the client at the time of their affiliation (credit or debit card, bank transfer of funds or cash). All payments must be made in US dollars.
COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS
Box Logistics may offer coupons and promotions. Each coupon or promotion may have additional terms and conditions specific to that coupon or promotion. Coupons may only be used during the corresponding promotional period and may only be applied to products available to be brought with Box Logistics, with the exception of products restricted by local authorities or described in the list of prohibitions and restrictions that appears on the website of Box Logistics. This promotion will be valid only in combination with the payment methods available in Costa Rica. Consumers will only be able to use coupons and promotions through an account. Multiple use of individual coupons or promotions by a consumer, whether through duplication of orders or accounts, will be immediately canceled. Coupons and promotions may not be used in combination with other promotions or coupons. Coupons are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, items or services and will be applied to a single account on behalf of the consumer. Box Logistics may immediately suspend any coupon or promotion, without incurring any liability, when fraudulent actions are detected. Fraudulent actions include, but are not limited to, alternations, substitutions or any other irregularity that may take place during the development of the promotion. If, due to force majeure or natural causes, Box Logistics suspends a coupon or promotion temporarily or permanently, it will only be responsible for properly communicating the situation, and participants will not be able to collect any damage or loss suffered up to that moment. The client accepts and acknowledges that Box Logistics is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for promotions or canceled orders that result from fraudulent or illegal activities linked and associated with these Terms and Conditions.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
Box Logistics does not assume responsibility for manufacturing defects of the product or shipment, nor for partial or total damages thereof, nor does it assume responsibility for loss of packages or shipments. It is the sole responsibility of the user to make the claim before the supplier store. Box Logistics does not return products to the United States, unless it is at the request of the client and he covers the costs.

CESSATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to refuse any service, terminate any account, delete or edit content, refuse to accept packages at your own discretion. If there is any suspicion that any account is fraudulent, unethical or illegal, either because stolen goods, identities or stolen credit cards are being manipulated or any other illegal activity is carried out, including, but not limited to the falsification of documents. Box Logistics reserves the right to provide information about accounts, users and packages to international or local Authorities, the original merchant or any other person involved, at our discretion. You can terminate your account with Box Logistics at any time by simply stopping using our services. The customer will be responsible for any pending payment, including abandoned packages, and these must be paid immediately upon termination of the service.
